Those with health risks can take advantage of a variety of services, including lifestyle management programs designed to reduce risk factors and prevent health problems before they occur. Members living with chronic disease can manage their illness through our Health Education Programs and help from health coaches and case managers. And when our members call with a serious diagnosis or accidental injury, we support them with a care team comprised of medical professionals and use our data to provide valuable information on the best providers of care for their particular situation. Our Special Delivery program supports our mothers-to-be whether their pregnancy is healthy or high-risk.
