• Clinical Evidence (278 KB PDF): The HealthConnect Blue Program provides objective, information-based evidence from nationally recognized sources, such as National Institutes of Health (NIH), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), American Diabetes Association (ADA), American College of Cardiology (ACC)/American Heart Association (AHA).
